I looked carefully at this car at the Bealieu Autojumble and have formed a view about this car. I do not feel able to express this opinion on the open forum - other than to reflect that it has been on the market for a long time so maybe I am not the only person who has the same view about it. Any potential purchasers can contact me privately for my appraisal of it.
