Subject: What is the resistance value of the 'summer' charging circuit setting?

I need to install a summer charging resister into the field winding circuit on my 2L H/C. Looking at other classic car fora, it seems that a value of somewhere between 2-5 ohms is used. Can somebody please confirm?

And what about the power rating? 200 watts should suffice?
