I believe the recently offered heavy axle has now sold, but as you say, remaking all the rear wing brackets to take account of the additional width would be a pain.
The whole axle has turned out to be a bit of a mess. There is evidence of some home made repairs in the half shaft department! ...so have to replace those as well.
As for the differential it is extensive gear wear/damage and bearing wear ..so the casing/cage is hopefully ok. I will try to send you a PM regarding the planet gears, so we can make contacts, they may get me out of trouble
