Actually it is not a 16/80 radiator, which is flat at the bottom and the starting handle passes underneath, rather than through it.
I hav a few nice pictures of a 16/80 radiator but they have a big format. If anybody could explain to me how to reduce the format I can upload them.
I think the radiator in question is from a standard Rapier.
