Razor edge Mulliner bodied saloon - nice car, although a few hundred thousand euros needed to make it truly beautiful!

Looks like a nice original car with a lovely coachbuilt body.

PLEASE whoever buys it, do not break it up into another boy racer.

Folks,

The car is for sale by people who I have previously done Lagonda business with and are thoroughly decent to deal with.

It is worth reading the description to appreciate that this actually quite a reasonable restoration project. For example, the interior trim - which could be the most expensive part , looks restorable.

I just hope it goes to a sympathetic new owner.

Sorry Colin but it looks as if you hope in vain. If it was sold on e bay for the £27,000 which is the last figure I saw, the new owner seems to to be wanting a quick profit as it is now advertised on Classicarsforsale.co.uk at £57,500. At least it keeps it out of the special builders hands.

Peter, If you mean this one it's a different car?

I didn't check the Reg No; I couldn't believe there were two V12 Mulliner saloons the same. So it may still be in the special makers price range but hopefully not.

The one on the Classic cars for sale website is described as a James Young, and looks in much better condition. A similar two tone colour scheme though.
