Just to add to Stephen's observation about NJ's 'pulpy' ash frame, when we pulled it out of the garage, I put my foot through the rotten boards of the then owner's pit which the car had been standing on for something like 30 years! The garage roof had been leaking so I am not surprised that it was an uneconomic restoration!
Hopefully the LG45 12014 was stored in drier conditions.
