Subject: Outer Door Handles & Bakerlite Horn Shaped Inner Door Locks

Would anyone know what other cars use the same outer door handles or where I can purchase some? Similarly, the bakerlite door locks? (the horn shaped ones on the door top) Or if there is similar I can bastardise!
