alistair: I don't know if it is necessary to put telescopic dampers in for non competition use but I am trying to find the information about your old Koni dampers for you. I wrote a mail to Koni and they gave me a name of a company finding replacements parts based on the technical details of the old Koni ones. I will post what comes out.

I think you mainly need the right dimensions: min and max length an diameter and width at the eyes
