Subject: Delco Remy Distributor - removing cap
My V12 saloon has Delco Remy distributors and I would like to check and clean the contact points. However when I undo the metal side clips, the distributor cap does not pop off to reveal the points - what else holding it on? I can see plenty of things to fiddle with, but thought I would appeal to the wisdom of the forum before risking damage.
