Subject: LG6 Saloon in the April H&H auction
There's also an LG6 coming up in the H&H sale. It's a coachbuilt saloon on the longer chassis. Looks decently original, but yet more proof of the apparent inability of independent coachbuilders to come up with anything to match the art and style of Lagonda's Frank Feeley.
It's a rather boring 1935, or even earlier, style; why someone in 1939 would have paid extra for something lumpy and out of date is beyond me. We are not told who the coachbuilder was.
