Have you tried a marine or agricultural engineer, as hydraulic rams etc in their normal day's work..S
Is it worth talking to the maintenance guys for the ferry company in Oban?
However, I am wary of these jacking systems as they have been known to go down and stay down leaving the driver stranded and very distressed as the car cannot even be towed if the jacks will not come back up!
