Subject: LG45 Zenith fuel filter or element

Hi all,
Looking for a new filter element for the Zenith fuel filter on my LG45. See photo attached of one on another car.
This is the type which amounts to a stack of serrated discs held within a brass cage.
Happy to purchase element or a complete filter if anyone has a decent one to spare?
