I do agree with the seller's comment that this item would make the perfect starting point for someone wanting to re-manufacture or re build an engine. Bear in mind that this has not been machined so there is a fair amount of work to get it ready to use. I am not sure whether the same casting would do 1500cc Rapier engines, but if it does, this item is highly desirable, as these engines make the cars go really well! Cheers Colin M34

I was aware of the Rapier block project when it took place about 20 years ago. I do agree with the seller's comment that this item would make the perfect starting point for someone wanting to re-manufacture or re build an engine. Bear in mind that this has not been machined so there is a fair amount of work to get it ready to use.

I am not sure whether the same casting would do 1500cc Rapier engines, but if it does, this item is highly desirable, as these engines make the cars go really well!
