Subject: old crankshaft Does anyone have an old/scrap LG45 crankshaft that I could have or even borrow please ? I want to get my flywheel and clutch assembly balanced but the balancer needs a crankshaft to mount everything on. He says that the condition of the crankshaft is immaterial. He could of course make a mandrel but then things get expensive...! My own crankshaft is of course inside my engine so I cannot use that. Any suggestions or offers very gratefully received. Subject: Re: old crankshaft Bill I have one that may be suitable that you could borrow although as you know they are very heavy so depending on where you are the transporting of it would be costly. send me a PM with your address etc |
