Subject: Re: Mystery suspension part... Landrover axle straps will not fit. I have now found the right ones - they are not the same as the ones on offer for the DB5 which are in a loop - probbaly still work fine though! |

Subject: Re: Mystery suspension part... None. The original Rapide strap is a 3" wide strip of webbing (probably ex army), folded into a 1" strip and glued. On the Rapide each side of the De Dion has two of these straps. Landrover straps cut down are the best option... |

Subject: Re: Mystery suspension part... I'm not sure why I've spent so long on this! Below are cut down Landrover straps - roughly half their original size. These straps consist of several layers of webbing bonded together within a rubber compound. |
