Subject: LG45, LG6 & V12 period literature for sale
I have the following surplus, so propose bringing to the Lagonda Annual Gathering spares etc tent on the Sunday:

ORIGINAL

Sept 1936 Motor "The latest 4 1/2 litre Lagonda for 1937" includes write-up, test and several pictures/photos. LG45 drophead, tourer and Rapide

Nov 1936 Motor "The 4 1/2 litre Lagonda Rapide" includes write-up, test and data, nice photos!

Oct 1937 Autocar "The Lagonda Programme" Fairly detailed technical information, mainly V12 but one paragraph on LG6. Drophead, tourer, and saloon de ville illustrated, plus LG6 engine.

Each £4

VERY RARE: "An Evaluation of Lagonda", a large (A4 format) brochure produced by Lagonda in 1945. Well illustrated, it briefly covers the history of Lagonda, and the V12 in particular, as well as introducing the "2 1/2 litre". In between, there is much and fascinating detail (even down to production numbers) of Lagonda's wartime produce. Many, many photos, including Spitfires, flamethrowers, Beaufighter, Tempest, Mosquito, as well as a "1940" (which it isn't!) V12 dhc and WO etc with the 2.6 engine.

£58

If you wish, pre-order and I will hold ready for collection at the meeting...or post, P&P extra. If you see a border collie ... I'm with him. 07923 442829 might work, but don't leave messages or texts.
