Subject: DB 3 litre saloon wiring
The car (/207) as acquired had been stripped of most electrical components with the forward harnesses cut but provided in a box.
As it is too cold to work outside I decided yesterday to carry out the itellectual exercise of tracing the wire codes ,seeing where they fit and how the cut ends match. The handbook provides the wiring schematic and wire colours. Unfortunately it requires too much imagination to interpret the cotten covered wire colours and the cut ends do not appear to match, indicating missing portions.
Does anyone have a harness drawing?
Where can I get replacement harnesses?
Ken

Thanks David
I was referred to British Wiring who handle the sales this side of the Atlantic and got a reasonable quotation for a Vinyl set, updated for modern turn signals and deleting the reserve fuel valve and sump level indicator connections.

Hi Ken,
I believe I went to see this car in St Catherines, Ontario during the late seventies. The Owner had just won it in a poker game! He was moving the Barrie and I lost track of the car shortly after. The Jag conversion looked like a professional job however the car was in a fairly dingy garage so I can't be sure.
