Subject: 2 litre head torque
Important correction from David Hine:

I have to report a misprint in the Vintage Lagonda Handbook relating to the 2 Litre Cylinder Head Nut Torque. I have written tighten down to 35 lb-ft. It should read 55 lb-ft as these are 7/16th inch studs.
Even more important is the bit I wrote about re-tightening the nuts once the engine is nice and hot and the copper gasket has softened for the first time. With apologies to Tim Gresty and others who may have had a blown head gasket.
