Subject: Lagonda Fawn
Reading the excellent book "Lagonda 2, 3, 31/2 Litre in detail" by Arnold Davey, I gather that there were three factory standard colours for the 14/60 in 1926/27 Fawn, Maroon or Blue. I have seen both Maroon and Blue but is there any record of the Fawn colour.? I am guessing that it would be similar to Farrow and Ball's 19th C. Fawn? At present this is my preferred option for my 14/60 when it arrives.

The respray is well advanced now. I went for the original maroon, or at least as close as I could get which is RAL 3004 - purple red. I hope that you like the colour.

I’ve tried again with the picture. By the way it is all in conventional cellulose as original.
