Subject: another M45 engine for sale
I just found on prewarcar that Richard Reay-Smith is selling the rebuilt M45 engine out of his M45. I am wondering what will propell the car in the future

Quite. And why does he break up his car?

I am happy to say that I am not breaking up my car. Tragedy averted.

Maybe - but no explanation to Peter's question given.

Hans, perhaps what Richard wishes to do with his car is private!
Maybe he has put a Gardiner diesel engine in it...apparently they go quite well but you need a 'car' rather than a 'boat' injector pump.

Removing the engine from a classic car and advertising it on internet - how private can that be...

Unfortunately I haven't found a way of advertising some thing for sale without telling anyone about it. When I do I will keep it to myself. In the meantime those who are considering buying the engine will be told why it is for sale.
