Received the short catalogue a few days ago.

Well known car and looks splendid.

If it sells, we can all go out for a good meal on the strength of it.

About time in my opinion that the Rapide made a sharp jump from the ca. 200k mark.

I don't know at this time, will try and speak to Tim Schofield tomorrow.

Personally I think they over cooked the estimate, should have been say £230-280 and let the market decide. I know it had E260k of AML money spent on it over a period of time.

Noted ca. 70% selling rate of cars sold, several other cars with adventurous estimates no doubt unsold.

The works prepared 1974 Lagonda, with RSW 7.0 litre engine sold for £427k.

Same info from Tim, they should have sold it at that price, would have been a new high.

Surprised AML did not give a 10% movement on estimate.
